2. Purpose

SpaClick es una plataforma independiente que vende experiencias de spa en hoteles (circuitos de spa, masajes y packs) en forma de bono o bono digital. Cada experiencia se disfruta en el spa del hotel indicado en su ficha, con reserva previa de día y hora.

3. Terms of use

Using the website implies acceptance of this legal notice. You undertake to use it lawfully, to provide accurate information when purchasing and not to impair its operation. Purchases are governed by the purchase conditions; personal data, by the privacy policy; and cookies, by the cookie policy.

We take care to ensure that the information on the website (experiences, centres, opening hours and prices) is correct and up to date. If you spot an error, write to us and we will correct it. Spa services are provided by the hotel at its facilities, under its rules of use.

The texts, the design, the SpaClick brand and its logo belong to their owner. Photographs of the centres belong to their hotels or to their authors; sample photographs are under a free licence (Unsplash and Pexels) and are marked as “sample”.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction over any dispute.
