Terms of purchase

These terms govern the purchase of spa experiences on spaclick.es. By paying for an order you accept them. Read them before purchasing; you can save or print them.

1. Who is selling

La Boutique de la Estética, S.L. (SpaClick), NIF B97907414, with its address at C/ Bartolomé Vicente Ramón 13, 1º, 07800 Eivissa. Email hola@spaclick.es, WhatsApp 613 404 552. Further details in the legal notice.

2. What you are buying

A voucher (digital voucher) to enjoy a specific experience at the chosen spa, for the number of people indicated. Each listing explains what is included, the duration and the centre. If you choose a day and time when purchasing, your place is booked; if not, you book later with the voucher code.

3. Price

The price is the one you see on the listing and in the order summary before paying, in euros, with VAT included.

4. Payment

Secure card payment through Redsys. SpaClick does not store card details: you enter them on Redsys's secure payment page. The order is confirmed when the payment is authorised.

5. Delivery of the voucher

There are no physical deliveries. You receive the voucher with its code and its QR code by email as soon as the payment is confirmed; you can also download it as a PDF, and you always have it in “View my voucher”. For a gift, it is sent to the recipient on the day you choose.

6. Validity, booking and changes

• The voucher is valid for 6 months from purchase.
• If it hasn’t been used, the buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase and get the full amount back. After 14 days, it is non-refundable.
• Free date changes up to 24 h before your appointment; after that, the date can no longer be changed.
• Over-18s only.
• Swimsuit and flip-flops required. Towel included; no swim cap needed.
• No parking at any of the spas.

Voucher validity at each spa, from the date of purchase:

• Spa Barcelona: 6 months
• Spa Bilbao: 6 months
• Spa Palma: 6 months
• Spa San Sebastián: 6 months
• Spa Ibiza: 6 meses (closed for the season)

Booking depends on the centre's availability. A centre closed for the season does not accept purchases or bookings until it reopens.

7. Cancellation of orders and bookings

You can change your booking (the day and time) free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand from “View my voucher”; after that, it can no longer be changed. To cancel an order and request a refund (unused voucher, within the 14 calendar days following the purchase), see section 8.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving any reason, with a refund of the full amount, provided that you have not used the voucher. If you enjoy the experience within those 14 days, you lose the right of withdrawal, because the service has already been fully provided. If you had a date booked, it is cancelled when you withdraw.

How to request it: email us at hola@spaclick.es (or via WhatsApp on 613 404 552) within the 14 days, with the voucher code and the name of the purchaser. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw is valid.

Once 14 days have passed since the purchase, the voucher is non-refundable: it remains valid to be enjoyed until its expiry date.

9. Returns and refunds

If a refund is due (unused voucher, requested within the 14 calendar days following the purchase), we refund the full amount to the same card you paid with, through the bank's payment gateway (Redsys), within 14 calendar days at most from your request and at no cost to you. Once 14 days have passed since the purchase, or if the voucher has already been used, there is no refund.

Reviews

Only customers who have enjoyed their experience can leave a review; we check every review against its voucher. All reviews are published straight away and as they are, negative ones included, and nothing is given in return. Only reviews with insults or personal data are hidden.

Gift card

It is purchased for the amount you choose (from €25 to €500) and redeemed at any SpaClick spa and experience by entering its code when paying. If the purchase costs less than the balance, the remainder stays on the card for another time; if it costs more, the difference is paid by card. It is valid for 6 months from the purchase. Same refund conditions as the voucher: if none of the balance has been used, the full amount is refunded if requested within the 14 calendar days following the purchase; after that period, it is non-refundable.

10. Gifts

Whoever receives a gift voucher uses it in the same way: they book the day and time with its code. Withdrawal and refund of a gift are requested by the purchaser, and the 14 days are counted from the purchase, not from the day the gift arrives.

12. Applicable law

Spanish legislation (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de consumidores y usuarios (consumer and user protection), and LSSI). If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.

13. Your data

To manage your purchase we use your email (and your name and mobile, if you give them), the order and the voucher. We keep them while the voucher is valid and then for 6 years, as the law requires for accounting records (art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code). Order emails are sent by our provider Resend; payments are made by card through Redsys. Full details in the privacy policy.
