How long is the voucher valid?
6 months from purchase. Within that time you book any day you like, subject to availability.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Free date changes up to 24 h before your appointment, from “My account”. If you haven’t used the voucher, the buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase and get the full amount back; after 14 days, it is non-refundable.
What do I bring?
Swimsuit and flip-flops required. Towel included; no swim cap needed.
How do I give an experience as a gift?
